When on, every visitor sees a "Coming Soon" page instead of the site. The admin panel stays reachable here at any time.
Payments are not being accepted on the site yet — every product page uses the contact form instead. When you're ready to sell directly, add STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY as environment variables in Netlify, then switch this on.
Submissions are stored by Netlify Forms. To see them in the Messages tab here, add NETLIFY_API_TOKEN (a personal access token) and NETLIFY_SITE_ID as environment variables in Netlify. They're always viewable in the Netlify dashboard under Site configuration → Forms either way.
